Projects Manager

Main responsibilities:

  • expanding of customer base (legal entities)
  • telephone negotiation, business correspondence, organization and conduct of negotiations
  • independent new account development
  • handling of clients’ applications received as a result of advertising actions
  • elaboration, organization and conduct of presentations for clients (preparation of commercial information about the market, detecting of competitive advantages)
  • elaboration of technical conditions for connection of clients (jointly with technical department)
  • preparation of commercial offers (elaboration of financial terms of a transaction)
  • client support on all stages of transaction elaboration and conclusion of agreement
  • information and consulting support of clients, documentary support of transactions, database maintenance (entering information, supervision of stages of cooperation with a client, preparation of reports)
Requirements:

  • higher education
  • at least 2 years of experience in active sales and negotiations with clients (work experience in the field of telecommunications is desired)
  • skill in handling of PC (MS Office, Internet)
  • developed communication skills and presentability, activity and flexibility, leadership qualities and ability to find non-conventional solutions

Technical Support Specialist

Main responsibilities:

  • handling requests of Customer’s clients received through incoming lines of technical support (phone, е-mail)
  • identification and elimination of network faults, being the cause of client’s appeal (within the competence and level of access to the management over technical resources)
  • notification of client on the course of troubleshooting and collection of all available information about a problem for subsequent use during troubleshooting
  • acquisition from a Customer of data necessary for troubleshooting
  • control over normal operability of Customer’s network
Requirements:

  • Higher (incomplete higher) professional technical education
  • Practical skills in the field of communications
